I believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. I work with both insurance and private pay clients so you can choose the option that fits your needs best.

Insurance:

For other plans, I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

If you’re unsure of your benefits, I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly and asking:

“Do I have mental health benefits?”

“Do I have a deductible or copay for outpatient therapy?”

“Do you reimburse for out-of-network providers?”

Private Pay:

Individual therapy sessions are $150 per 50-minute session.

Private pay offers complete privacy (no insurance records or diagnosis required) and the flexibility to tailor treatment to your specific goals and schedule.

I accept HSA/FSA cards as well as credit or debit payments.

Cancellation Policy (optional footer block):

A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee.
